How will I know you received my order?
You’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check to see if the email address on your order was entered correctly.
When will my order be shipped?
“Ear Pillow For You” is using 1st Class delivery by Royal Mail Service at a price of £4.95 exception of an order for any pillow with the pillow case. Pillows ordered together with pillow case priced at £5.50.
For sending our products abroad we use International Tracked and Signed Royal Mail Service with shipping rates and p/p to according destinations, as per list. Orders from other countries will also be sent using International Track and Signed Royal Mail Service but will incur a p/p charge of £20.00.
If you, the customer, cancel after we have shipped your order, we will wait until we receive your canceled order back (with the original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals still in place) and then we will refund the pillow price only (excluding postage).
For reasons of health and hygiene, the ear pillow can’t be returned once the original packaging, tags and hygiene seals have been removed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods. Orders are usually delivered within 7 days but please allow 28 days in exceptional circumstances.

How do I know if online ordering is secure?
Protecting your information is a priority for Ear Pillow. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address so only Ear Pillow is able to decode your information. SSL is the industry standard method for computers to communicate securely without risk of data interception, manipulation or recipient impersonation. To be sure your connection is secure; when you are in the Shopping Cart, look at the lower corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or closed lock, the SSL is active and your information is secure. Since most of our customers are still uncomfortable with providing their credit card details online., we use PayPal service so they don’t need to give out credit card information.
